These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the cloudsom Technology website, our products, and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.

If you have a separate written agreement with cloudsom for a specific project, that agreement takes precedence for that work where it conflicts with these Terms.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:

• Misuse the site to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any system.
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through our forms.

Some areas of our website and products require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, and software — is owned by cloudsom or used with permission and is protected by applicable laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without our written consent.

When we build custom software for a client, ownership and licensing of that work is set out in the specific project agreement.

Project scope, timeline, and pricing are agreed in a separate proposal or contract. In general:

• Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice unless agreed otherwise.
• Late payments may pause ongoing work until the balance is settled.
• Refunds for completed work are handled case by case, in line with the project agreement.

When using cloudsom products, you agree to use them only for their intended purpose, to respect other users’ privacy, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or circumvent security features.

Our website and services are provided in good faith. We work to keep information accurate and current, but we make no warranties that every piece of content is error-free, complete, or suited to a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, cloudsom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Somalia. Any disputes will be handled in good faith, and where they cannot be resolved amicably, in the courts of Mogadishu, Somalia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
